Business Card Exchange

Event Description

Whether your participants are wallflowers or whiz kids when it comes to networking, they will all appreciate this activity, which is a non-threatening way to mix and mingle with peers!

As participants arrive at the networking function, they receive a sheet with pockets that can hold up to 12 business cards. In it are the instructions for the activity, a place for their own business card and a description of each of the different business cards participants need to collect. For instance, participants may have to find a business card that has the same logo colors as theirs, or a business card that has dots separating the digits in a phone number instead of dashes.

Once a participant collects all 12 business cards, they have them checked at the business card exchange table to receive a raffle ticket for a grand prize drawing. Participants won’t have to turn in all of the cards they’ve collected as the value in this activity is all of the connections that are made! A grand prize drawing is held at the end of event along with any additional prizes you wish to award.

Hosting the Business Card Exchange is a great way to encourage interaction and networking at your next function!
